In Home Tutor
Advance Kids is looking for enthusiastic, reliable, energetic, responsible individuals to work and play 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism in the home environment. Tutor positions are available in multiple two to four hour shifts from 8:00 am to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Training and supervision are provided. Locations: Sacramento, Elk Grove, Folsom, Roseville, Lincoln, Granite Bay and surrounding areas
Status: Part-Time afternoons
Education and/or Experience: Education equivalent to a High School Diploma and a minimum of one year experience working with children, preferably in related field. Enrollment or completion of bachelor degree and knowledge in ABA preferred.
Physical Demands: Ability to run, stand, sit stoop, crawl, kneel, reach, push, and lift a child weighing 50 pounds; normal visual, vocal & hearing acuity; use of a computer; ability to travel via automobile.
Background Checks and/or Licensing: Must be at least 18 years old; criminal background check; reference checks; provide a negative TB test; education verification; current drivers license and proof of auto insurance.
Other Requirements: Must have reliable means of transportation and willingness to travel via personal automobile; availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week; and have access to a computer with knowledge of internet, e-mail and Microsoft Office applications.
Center Based Tutor

Tutor positions are available from 7:30 am to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Training and supervision are provided. Status: Full-time 25-40 hrs. per week

Tutor positions are available from 7:30 am to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday depending on student grade level. Training and supervision are provided. Status: Part-Time and Full-Time 20-35 hrs. per week
